The Spot Grips provide a solution, enabling you to lift heavier weights (200 lbs+/90 kg+) safely without risking injury or wasting energy on setup.

It’s Very Simple to Use:

  1. Set up your dumbbells to the appropriate starting height based on your selected exercise.
  2. No more dropping dumbbells or awkwardly swinging them off the bench! Just release them at your desired stopping position.
  3. You can pause at any point during the movement, and the Spot Grips will securely hold the weight, allowing you to bail out safely when necessary!
