Watson Side Plank machine is specifically designed to work your midsection muscles from a ‘Side On’ position.
The angle is adjustable, allowing you progressively increase the resistance.
The V-shaped Thigh Pad is adjustable to suit different leg lengths and holds you solidly in position throughout the movement.
The Leg Roller is also adjustable, allowing you fine-tune your set-up.
