The Watson Lifting Yoke is constructed from 70 mm x 70 mm and 80 mm x 80 mm box section steel, ensuring it can withstand years of rigorous use. This piece of strongman equipment is an excellent way to enhance strength and fitness while adding variety to your training routine.
Featuring heavy center knurling, the yoke keeps the bar securely locked in place during lifts. It can be loaded with up to 600 kg using four loading pins, making it versatile for various training needs.
When ordering, please specify whether you would like Olympic or standard plate ends for your yoke.
