The hip thrust has become one of the most popular exercises in the gym. But the set up is never usually easy! Trying to find the space in a busy gym is just the start. You then have to use a bench as a makeshift support for the exercise which is never all that comfortable or stable.
Watson hip thrust bench eradicates all of these problems to make the set up simple. A curved cushioned back pad creates a comfortable base for the movement.
The heavy duty frame means you can load up the bar as heavy as you like without any stability issues.
The exercise can be performed with resistance bands (using the built in band pegs), a barbell or a combination of both.
