Need a heavy-duty log bar for pressing and rowing work?
The Watson Frame Log Bar – Type I has an ‘open frame’ design with 30 mm handgrips spaced 24” apart.
The bar is 1500 mm long with 300 mm of a loadable area on each end.
Watson also offers a long version of this bar which will allow you to use it in a Power Rack and load the plates on the outside of the rack.
