Three Levels of Resistance
The ombre colour range indicates the varying resistance levels, with three different gradings of colour aligned to light, medium, and heavy resistance. Bands feature a tag with our logo and resistance level marked (I – Light (10kg), II – Medium (14kg), and III – Heavy (18kg)) for easy identification during your workout.
Construction
The band edges are secured by strong nylon tape with reinforced double ply stitching to make the product safe for versatile training tools such as, activation, warm up, body weight exercises, free weight isolation etc.

Short and long versions are available to support varied training needs. The short versions are ideal for lower body training applications while the longer ones for upper body training.
