CRAB by Battle4Run is a portable machine conceived for sports training with a groundbreaking design. It is consolidated in the market with two versions. An electric version (CRAB E1) and a mechanical version (CRAB M1).
This electric version of the CRAB incorporates a high performance electro-brake controlled by a display that allows you to select and display the level of resistance chosen for each run or displacement.
TRANSPORTATION: its innovative design allows the CRAB E1 to be a light and easy to transport machine.
WORK RANGE: offers a range of resistances from 3 to 60 kg. These kilograms are direct traction. Compared to a traditional sled, they are equivalent to 1.5-3 times more depending on the friction surfaces.
DISPLAY: has a display that allows the athlete to select the kilograms with which he/she wants to traction or displacement.
ELECTRIC MOTOR: CRAB E1 is equipped with a top quality electro-brake that guarantees a constant and lasting resistance over time throughout the rope’s travel.
DISPLACEMENT: allows a displacement of up to 23 meters with very good rope recovery.
ACCESSORIES: with optional battery, includes harness and mono-bilateral traction straps.
The CRAB M1 is a non-electrically powered machine, which means that it can be placed and trained anywhere without the need for a battery. The M1 version is equipped with a stainless steel disc brake that guarantees high mechanical performance. The braking power is controlled by a handwheel located at the top of the machine. With only two turns of the handwheel we can obtain a resistance during the whole displacement ranging from 4 to 40 kilograms.

ROPE PICK-UP: the evolved and efficient take-up mechanics make it the machine with the lowest coefficient of friction on the market, offering energetic and efficient pick-up. Its innovative design allows the spring preload to be adjusted, subtracting or adding pick-up energy. The spring is easily accessible from the outside and can be lubricated by anyone without mechanical knowledge or specialised personnel.
