The Watson Dual Cable Adjustable Pulley has two swivel pulley housings running on a full-height adjustable cable column allowing you to work both arms/legs independently.

Pulling one of the cables will give a 2:1 weight ratio, and pulling both cables together will give a 1:1 weight ratio. This change in ratio on the Dual Cable Adjustable Pulley means you can do all the small movements, such as rotator cuff works, lateral raises, etc., with a single cable yet still have plenty of weight for the big movements using both cables.

This offers a huge benefit over the regular Single Adjustable Pulley. Support rails add to the versatility and help with stability during single arm/leg work.

The 100 kg split weight stack (half-size plates at the top for small exercises) gives plenty of resistance to suit all athletes.
