THORN+fit Battle Rope 12 m is an excellent tool for strength and conditioning training. Using BR stimulates the upper body muscles from the arms to the back as well as the core. The diameter of the line is fi 38 mm – it allows to hold a line in ergonomic way during training. The rope construction assumes a strong twisted weave on a dedicated machine, that allows you to maintain the structure during the exercise. The rope was made of reinforced polymer, which do not fray during exercises like lines made of natural fibers. The rope has a pair of non-slip handles made of heat-shrinkable material protecting rope against unraveling.
