The BLACK PROUD WOODEN ANTI-SLIP BOX is a wooden box with a non-slip coating designed for plyometric training involving the  acquisition of the ability to develop maximum power and strength during exercise . It is a dynamic training based on jumps up, jumps to the side, explosive movements that shorten the contact time of the foot with the ground.

The box is made  of wooden plywood folded in the form of a puzzle , which guarantees stability and durability of the structure.  The interior has been reinforced with additional cross members , making the product more durable. The edges of the box are milled. which ensures safe training. Side openings are used to conveniently carry the box.

Progressive box heights – 51 cm, 61 cm, 75 cm   – allow you to work at different levels of advancement, from ascents to jumps.

Unlike the classic PROUD wooden box, this box has a  black non-slip coating that provides greater comfort during exercise. It slows down dynamic movement, thus preventing the possibility of slipping. This type of box works very well in training with people who have a fear of jumping due to the possibility of hitting or injuring themselves.
