The bar is used in strength training, in exercises such as deadlift, farmer’s walk, shoulder raises.
It has a skeletal steel frame with two 50 cm long knurled handles. Knurling provides a strong and stable grip. The sleeve diameter – 51mm – is adapted to Olympic loads. During training, the user can easily change the setting of his grip by turning the barbell to the other side.
The product is intended for use by both advanced and beginners who have the opportunity to focus on the range of motion of the exercise and gradually improve the depth of the barbell.
This type of bar allows you to relieve the spine during typical deadlifts, because the exerciser is not in front of the bar, but centrally in its center, which generates more power from the hips and legs.
