A dip bar made in Poland conforming to European safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001, PN-EN 913:2019-03 for gymnastic equipment.
BenchK DB0W dip bar has four 4mm hooks with felt lining which prevents the wooden rungs of the wall bars from getting scratched. The height of the dip bar can be easily adjusted. Once it is placed vertically on the wall bars it serves as a barbell rest.
The DB0W dip bars can be used in two ways:
1. To perform abdominal muscle exercises, for example: to raise the legs while suspended, you need to mount the dip bar on the ladder rung as shown on page 7 of the instructions below
2. To act as a barbell holder, turn the dip bar over and mount on the ladder rungs with two hooks as shown on page 8 of the instructions below.
The armrests and four non-slip handles, made of integral polyurethane, are durable and easy to maintain.
